Flowtech Fluidpower plc (AIM: FLO), the specialist full-service supplier of technical fluid power products and service, confirms that following the announcement dated 20 April 2021, the following documents have been published and are available to view and download from the Company's website at www.flowtechfluidpower.com:-
· Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2020
· Notice convening the 2021 Annual General Meeting scheduled for 10am on 3 June 2021
The above documents have also been made available to shareholders on the Members Register as of 20 April 2021, by either electronic means or posted to those who elected hard copies.
